Plain-language summary. Last updated 2026-06-11.
What we store
- Your LinkedIn export zip, exactly as you uploaded it, in private storage scoped to your account.
- Inventory metadata: file names, row counts, column names, and a few sample rows per file.
- Your connections (names, companies, titles, profile URLs, and emails where present) if you approve the import step.
- Aggregate analyses: counts by company, title, year, conversation, and direction.
- Account basics: your verified email, display name, login sessions, and an audit log of actions on your data.
What we never store
- Message content. Message analyses use counts and dates only; the text of your conversations is read in memory during processing and never written to our database.
- Your LinkedIn password or any LinkedIn credentials - we never ask for them and never connect to LinkedIn on your behalf.
Who can see your data
You. Uploads, inventories, and analyses are scoped to your private workspace. We do not sell, share, or use your data to train anything.
Deleting your data
From your dashboard you can delete any upload (removes the stored zip and everything derived from it) or delete your entire account, which removes all stored files, imported data, analyses, sessions, and your user record immediately.
Processing
The data-description step sends only aggregate statistics (counts, date ranges, top company/skill names) to our analysis service to generate the plain-language summary - never raw rows, names of people, or message content.
